YOUR TRANSITION MEETS YOUR POTENTIAL

MIU is a leading non-profit focused on helping young people thrive in their transition out of the foster system. We financially support agencies that provide progamming to enhance the ability of foster youth to transition successfully into adulthood. We make grants to non-profit, community-based organizations that provide supportive services for youth who are emancipating from the foster care system.

OUR HISTORY AND FOUNDER:

Singer/musician PHILIP BAILEY of the legendary musical group Earth, Wind, & Fire, founded Music Is Unity Foundation in 2007. A percentage of ticket sales from Earth, Wind & Fire concerts are designated for the Music Is Unity Foundation; other sources of funding include individuals and corporations.
